Claudia Correa is a part-time Safe House Advocate, Claudia graduated from Garden City High School in Garden City, Kansas where she was born and raised. Claudia moved to Amarillo, Texas 8 years ago with her four children. Claudia continued her education at Amarillo College majoring in Business Management, along with a Business Management Marketing Certificate. Claudia’s past employment history has been in Human Resources. Claudia currently works full-time as a Receptionist at Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle. Claudia loves to spend time with her four amazing children and two beautiful grandchildren who are her strength, peace, and happiness.
Claudia being a survivor herself believes that being heard, believed, having a safe place to go, and having a strong support team to counsel and guide you in the right direction to provide you with the resources to help you become strong independently is the key to making a victim’s life into a success story. Claudia believes it’s her life purpose is to be a part of our team at Family Support Services where she feels she can make a difference.
