Jeannie Koulavong

Jeannie Koulavong is a mother to three lovely children. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and likes to try new things. She also loves doing makeup and making women feel beautiful and empowered. Jeannie has a quite strength and resilience that allows her to connect with women easily. She feels honored to be a founding member of The Luminaries and looks forward to tackling more projects.

Jackie Phommahaxay

Jackie Phommahaxay graduated from West Texas A&M with a Bachelors in Advertising and Public Relations. Jackie is the creative master mind for The Luminarias, creating flyers, media post and our logo. You can always find Jackie hard at work on multiple projects and taking on any opportunity that comes her way. She is a fashionista, makeup hoarder and can eat her weight in French fries. Jackie truly enjoy giving her time to help others.

Kelsey Lorenz

Kelsey Lorenz is a second-grade teacher at Puckett Elementary who recently earned her Master in Education. Kelsey is passionate about people! Nothing brings her more joy than knowing she made someone’s day a little bit brighter. She loves getting to be a part of the Luminaries of Family Support Services and it shows in all she does. Kelsey pours her heart into those she comes in contact with and is constantly thinking of new ways for the Luminaries to reach our community. She believes this organization continually impacts her life for the better.

Rheannon Pierce

Rheannon Pierce is a full time residential realtor with eXp Realty. Rheannon has a sharp and beautiful 8-year-old daughter who keeps her on her toes. She enjoys reading, cooking, going to the river, road trips and tubing at the lake with her family. She wants to make a difference in people’s lives and loves being involved with The Luminaries and Family Support Services. Rheannon has a huge heart for children and is always looking to fill the needs for children in the Safe House.

Shanesa Hughes

Shanesa Hughes is the Cosmetic Manager at Dillard’s. She is married and the proud mother of her son, Amauri. She has a passion for teaching, motivating and inspiring others. She loves to help women look and feel their best. Shanesa truly has a heart for people and an understanding of what it is like to go through rough times. She believes it is an honor to be able to help and connect with others. 

Jen Ufford

Jen Ufford is the Compliance Manager at Education Credit Union. Jen received her Bachelors in Business Administration and is a Cum Laude graduate of West Texas A&M. She has a passion for helping others and considers it an honor to work alongside a wonderful group of women, the Luminaries. Jen lives a life of service. She is always finding ways to show kindness, encouragement and caring to others. Jen is married to Kevin, a coach at Amarillo High School. On her own time, she is a cyclist and a wannabe runner and crafter.

Lindsy Donathan

Lindsy Donathan is the Co-Owner of Blush Beauty Lounge in Amarillo. She is a licensed Esthetician and Nail Technician and is a Certified Lash Extension Stylist. Her desire and passion to help women lead her to both her career and to serve as a volunteer with The Luminaries. She is proud of what women in our community are accomplishing and is honored to serve in this way. Lindsy has been married to her husband Chris for 10 years and together they have 2 children. Lane (7), lover of all things baseball and superheroes, is their biological son and their newest addition, Ellison, born in July, joined their family through private infant adoption. Lindsy and Chris are proud advocates of foster care and adoption and hope to add another girl to their family soon through foster care. As a family they enjoy baseball, movies, music and spending time with their family and friends!

Rachel Bledsoe

Rachel Bledsoe works as the Director of Operations for OccuNet. She is a West Texas A&M alumni who graduated with her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 2014. Rachel has volunteered with Family Support Services since 2016. She is passionate about the many services they provide to the community and is inspired by the dedication of the FSS staff and her fellow volunteers. She especially loves their progressive approaches to counseling and mental health. Rachel has been married to Stephen since 2015 and together they are the proud parents of a very spoiled Golden Retriever named Caddy. In her free time, Rachel is a runner training for her first marathon who enjoys cooking and traveling.

Becky Murphy

Becky Murphy is a full-time student at West Texas A&M, working towards earning her Bachelors in Social Work and Psychology. Becky’s passion for helping families break the cycle of abuse stems from her personal experiences with domestic violence and sexual abuse. It was thanks to resources like Family Support Services that Becky’s mother was able to escape her violent husband and start over. She feels her involvement with FSS is a way to honor her mother and has been part of a healing process for her.

Working with Luminaires is a source of joy and pride. Becky believes The Luminaires and FSS are changing people’s lives for the better and is humbled to be a part of such an important organization.

 Becky is married to Chris who works as a mail carrier. They have two beautiful children, both under two, countless chickens, and three dogs.
